1: What is HEALTHY (OEM PARTITION) aka Recover Partition? That partition is used by Windows as a “Recovery Partition” which is accessed automatically on. Also called as System Reserved Partition, it is placed by the OEM to help you recover your computer or go back to the same state as it was when. Option #1 - Clean install of Win overwriting the whole disk. Windows will make the needed set of partitions. Option #2 - Use an Ubuntu live USB.
